Delete your RitualEase account

You can delete your RitualEase account at any time. It takes a minute, and you are signed out everywhere as soon as it is done. Deleting an account cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

In the app. Open the RitualEase app, go to Account and tap Delete account.
On the website. Sign in at www.ritualease.com, open Account and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.
Ask us. Write to hello@ritualease.com or WhatsApp +91 95990 54850 from the email address or mobile number on your account, and we will delete it for you.

If you still have a booking in progress, it has to be completed or cancelled first. Vendor and staff accounts are closed by RitualEase — please contact us.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, mobile number and profile photo.
Your saved addresses.
Your sign-in on every device — you are signed out everywhere at once.
App notifications to your phone.

What we keep

Your bookings, payments and invoices, because the law requires us to keep them. They are no longer linked to you or to any account.
Reviews you wrote stay on the site, shown as “Deleted user”.
